Managing multiple HubSpot portals

Multi-Portal Support

Synchr.ai supports connecting multiple HubSpot portals within a single workspace. This is useful for agencies managing client portals, companies with separate portals for different regions, or organizations migrating between HubSpot accounts.

Adding a New Portal

  1. Navigate to Settings > Connections
  2. Click "Add Connection"
  3. Select "HubSpot" as the platform
  4. Complete the OAuth authorization for the new portal
  5. Label the connection for easy identification (e.g., "US Portal", "EU Portal")

Portal Limits by Plan

  • Free — 1 portal
  • Pro — 3 portals
  • Business — 10 portals
  • Enterprise — Unlimited portals

Cross-Portal Syncs

You can create syncs between two HubSpot portals to transfer data between them. This is commonly used for:

  • Migrating data from one portal to another
  • Keeping regional portals in sync
  • Aggregating data from client portals into a master portal

Managing Permissions

Each connected portal uses its own OAuth credentials. Make sure the authorizing user has the necessary permissions in each portal for the objects you want to sync.
