Available Plans
Synchr.ai offers four plans to match your needs:
- Free — Up to 500 records, 1 connection, daily sync
- Pro ($49/mo) — Up to 10,000 records, 3 connections, hourly sync, real-time option
- Business ($149/mo) — Up to 100,000 records, 10 connections, real-time sync, priority support
- Enterprise (custom) — Unlimited records and connections, dedicated support, SLA
How to Upgrade
- Navigate to Settings > Billing in your dashboard
- Click "Change Plan"
- Select your desired plan
- Enter or confirm your payment method
- Click "Upgrade" to complete the change
Prorated Billing
When you upgrade mid-cycle, you will be charged a prorated amount for the remaining days. The new plan features take effect immediately after upgrading.
Downgrading
You can downgrade at any time. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. If your usage exceeds the new plan's limits, you will need to reduce usage before the downgrade takes effect.
